We are a licensed transport broker, USDOT 3338442, MC 1065129. That means we do not own the trucks. We price your lane, put it in front of a network of vetted carriers, and assign the one that fits your route, your vehicle, and your dates. You deal with us from quote to delivery.

Price depends on distance, how busy the route is, the size and condition of the vehicle, open or enclosed, and how flexible your dates are. A compact sedan on a busy interstate lane costs less than a lifted truck heading to a rural address. Send the route and the vehicle and you get a real number rather than a range that moves later.

Transit time tracks distance. A useful guide is roughly 500 miles a day once the vehicle is loaded, plus a pickup window of one to three days after your first available date. Florida to the Northeast usually runs two to four days on the road. You get a specific window before you approve anything.

Yes. Every carrier we dispatch has to hold active FMCSA operating authority and cargo insurance on file before your vehicle is assigned, and you can ask for the assigned carrier's certificate of insurance at any point. Your own policy normally stays in force as well, so it is worth a short call to your agent.

Open is the standard. It is safe, it is the most available, and it costs the least. Enclosed puts your vehicle in a covered trailer away from weather and road debris, and it is the right call for collector cars, exotics, low clearance vehicles, motorcycles, and fresh paint.

Carriers are licensed to move vehicles, not household goods, and their cargo insurance does not cover your belongings. Most drivers will allow up to about 100 pounds in the trunk at your own risk. Keep it below the window line, and take anything valuable or fragile with you.

Yes, as long as it rolls, steers, and brakes. Say so up front so we assign a carrier with a winch. If it will not roll at all, we arrange a flatbed or a tow instead. Inoperable vehicles carry an added fee because they need special equipment and more time to load.

Someone does, but it does not have to be you. Any adult you name can release or receive the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading. That signature is your condition report, so whoever stands in for you should walk the car and photograph it at both ends.

Car haulers run about 75 feet long and cannot legally turn into many residential streets, especially in older neighborhoods and gated communities. If your address is tight, the driver calls ahead and meets you a few minutes away at a wide lot such as a shopping center. It is still door to door service, just a slightly different door.

Nothing is charged for a quote. The payment terms appear in writing on your quote before you approve anything. A deposit is charged when you book, and the balance is paid at delivery by the method listed on your dispatch sheet.

Two weeks is comfortable and one week is workable. We move same week loads regularly, though short notice usually costs more because there is less time to find the right truck. Snowbird season books up first, roughly October through December heading south and March through May heading north.
